Make a Donation

Spirit to be Free is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization as determined by the IRS and all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. As a non-profit organization, we rely on your generous donations to continue to rescue, shelter animals, and support spay and neuter. For donations we will mail you a letter on our letterhead which you will need to keep for tax time.

LOCAL BUSINESS
Several local businesses in the have assisted us with the many needs of all the animals. You can contact the two feed stores, Big Horse Feed and Mercantile in Temecula, CA or Anza Valley True Value Hardware and Building Supplies in Anza CA, to make a donation for Spirit to be Free. When we stop by for weekly feed and supplies they will deduct your generous donation from our final bill. We will send you a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution along with a list of supplies you helped purchase.

You can also purchase a Home Depot gift card and send it to Spirit to be Free to purchase fencing, cement, and building materials for the animal’s stalls and pens.

If you think that you have nothing extra in your budget to give, between gas prices and home improvement projects, and you are wondering: What is an animal lover to do? Spirit to be Free has a number of great fundraising and affiliate programs just for you! Check out the following ideas:

GoodSearch – Visit GoodSearch.com and sign up to benefit Spirit to be Free. Then make GoodSearch your home page and use it to search for anything and everything on the Internet. Spirit to be good search logoFree receives one penny for each time you do, and it doesn’t cost you anything!
Shop through iGive – Visit this link to sign up, download the iGive shopping window, and then shop online as you normally do. When you visit one of the many stores that are associated with iGive (and there are a lot of them!), a notification window will automatically appear telling you what percentage of your purchase from the site will be donated to Spirit to be Free! After signing up once on your PC, iGive does everything else automatically. It’s that simple!
Magazine Subscriptions – Need to renew a magazine subscription or start a new subscription? Why not help Spirit to be Free at the same time? Great selection and great prices! Spirit to be Free gets a full 40% of the money you spend here too!
