Spirit to be Free had a board meeting on dec. 9 at 11:30 am at Applebees in Temecula. Anne Firestone founder had been on the board again to fill a vacancy. She has now resigned as the two women on the advisory council Lauren Simpson and Linda Hughes have agreed to come on the board. This has not been finalized.
